100 Block Association of West 118th Street – served as the elected Block President for the past six years. Awarded "most Active Block Association" from Community Pride. As Block President i have been actively involved with 28th Precinct, Citizens Committee for NYC, the Harlem Jazzmobile, Boro President Scott Stringer, Senator Bill Perkins, BP C. Virginia Fields, Manhattan Narcotics North, City Councilperson Inez Dickens, and i was asked to announce the running of Yasmin Horton Cornelius for Councilperson on the corner of 125th and 7th ave with other prominent members of the Harlem Community.
